Nutrition Coach
Some people do their best work with a coach in the room. In-person and hybrid nutrition coaching pairs a custom macro plan with local weigh-ins, body measurements, and face-to-face check-ins across the Conejo Valley and Ventura County — with the same plan mirrored in your app so nothing lives on paper.
You get accountability that is hard to ignore: a scheduled time, a real conversation, and a coach who can see how you're actually carrying the week.
What's included
Hybrid clients get the structure of online coaching plus the in-person touchpoints that keep it honest.
- Full nutrition intake, food-history audit, and custom macro targets
- In-person weigh-ins, measurements, and progress photos on a set schedule
- Grocery-store and meal-prep walkthroughs for clients who want practical help
- A meal framework matched to your household, budget, and cooking time
- App-based tracking so your data and plan are always in one place
- Messaging access between sessions
Who it's for
Clients who have tried tracking alone and stalled, competitors who want measurements taken consistently by the same hands, and anyone who simply performs better when someone is expecting them.
If your schedule can't support regular in-person meetings, the fully remote option covers the same ground.
The process and timeline
The first meeting is a 60-minute assessment: goals, medical and dieting history, current intake, measurements, and starting targets. From there, in-person check-ins run weekly or bi-weekly, with a written adjustment after each one.
Expect the first month to build the habits, months two and three to produce visible change, and month four onward to shift toward maintenance and independence.
Who you're working with
Coaching is delivered personally by a certified fitness and nutrition coach and Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor with 20+ years in the gym and on the stage. That matters, because prep decisions are judgment calls: knowing when to hold calories, when to pull volume, and when the honest answer is that the show should wait a few weeks.
Every client keeps direct access — you're never handed off to an assistant. Plans are built by hand, reviewed by hand, and adjusted from your check-in data rather than from an app template.
Client results
Local clients have used this format to drop double-digit body fat percentages, prepare for their first show, and — for several — hand back the food guilt they came in with. References available on request during your consult.
Pricing and how to get a quote
In-person and hybrid nutrition coaching is quoted after a free 30-minute consult rather than from a fixed price list, because the right package depends on how far out you are, how much contact time you want, and whether you're training in person, online, or a hybrid of both.
Most clients land on a monthly coaching retainer with no long lock-in, and in-person sessions are available as single sessions or discounted blocks. You'll get the exact number in writing on the consult call — no pressure, no upsell script.
Book your free consult
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what has and hasn't worked for you before. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether this is the right fit and what the next 12 weeks would realistically look like.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer in-person nutrition coaching sessions?
Yes. In-person check-ins are available across the Conejo Valley and Ventura County, including Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo. Sessions cover weigh-ins, measurements, and a face-to-face review of your week.
How is this different from a meal plan app?
An app gives you numbers; it can't see that you slept four hours, travelled twice, and are down on the scale for the wrong reason. Your plan is built by a coach and adjusted from real context each week, in person.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients see scale and measurement movement inside three to four weeks and clear photo changes by week eight. Progress is judged on trends, not single weigh-ins.
