Competition Prep
Competition prep is the whole build, start to finish: training, nutrition, cardio, posing, peak week, and everything that happens on show day. One plan, one coach, one set of decisions — so you're not reconciling advice from three places at week fourteen.
Prep is written for the show date on your calendar and the body you have today, then adjusted every week from your check-in data.
What's included
A complete prep package for Bikini and Fit Model competitors.
- Show selection and a working backward-planned calendar
- Periodised training with weekly volume and intensity management
- Macro-based nutrition and structured refeeds
- Cardio prescribed as a tool, not a punishment
- Weekly check-ins with photos, data and written adjustments
- Peak week protocol plus tan, suit, jewellery and stage timing
Who it's for
Anyone committed to a stage date within the next year — first-timers who want the entire path mapped, and experienced competitors who want tighter conditioning without wrecking their metabolism.
It requires consistency: training four to five days a week and honest weekly reporting. Bring that and the plan works.
The process and timeline
Weeks 1-2: intake, baselines, plan build. Weeks 3-8: establish the deficit and hold it steady. Weeks 9-16: fine adjustments, posing rehearsal, conditioning checks. Final 1-2 weeks: peak week protocol, suit fitting, tan booking, and a written show-day schedule down to the hour.
The week after your show is planned too — a controlled reverse instead of a crash.
Who you're working with
Coaching is delivered personally by a certified fitness and nutrition coach and Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor with 20+ years in the gym and on the stage. That matters, because prep decisions are judgment calls: knowing when to hold calories, when to pull volume, and when the honest answer is that the show should wait a few weeks.
Every client keeps direct access — you're never handed off to an assistant. Plans are built by hand, reviewed by hand, and adjusted from your check-in data rather than from an app template.
Client results
Competitors have gone from never having set foot backstage to placing at Southern California shows, and returning athletes have improved placings after switching to this format. Details and references on your consult call.
Pricing and how to get a quote
Full competition prep is quoted after a free 30-minute consult rather than from a fixed price list, because the right package depends on how far out you are, how much contact time you want, and whether you're training in person, online, or a hybrid of both.
Most clients land on a monthly coaching retainer with no long lock-in, and in-person sessions are available as single sessions or discounted blocks. You'll get the exact number in writing on the consult call — no pressure, no upsell script.
Book your free consult
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what has and hasn't worked for you before. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether this is the right fit and what the next 12 weeks would realistically look like.
Frequently asked questions
How long is a typical competition prep?
Between 16 and 24 weeks for most Bikini competitors, and 12 to 20 for Fit Model. The exact length depends on your starting body composition, your training age, and how much muscle you still need to build.
What's included in competition prep coaching?
Training, nutrition, cardio, weekly check-ins with written adjustments, posing integration, peak week, and show-day logistics including tan, suit and timing. You also get messaging access throughout.
How do you handle peak week?
Peak week is written out in advance, day by day, based on how your body responded through prep — not on a generic template. Water, sodium and carbohydrates are manipulated conservatively, and we stay in daily contact.
