Bikini Competition Coach
Bikini is judged on a specific look: round, capped delts, a tight waist, developed glutes and hamstrings, and conditioning that reads as athletic rather than stripped. Coaching starts by assessing your structure against that standard and building the plan that closes the gap in the time you actually have.
You get training, nutrition, peak week, and stage strategy from one coach who has stood on an NPC stage — not four pieces of advice from four different sources.
What's included
Everything required to walk out on stage prepared, in one package.
- Structural assessment and an honest division recommendation
- Periodised training built around your weak points and your gym's equipment
- Macro-based nutrition with weekly adjustments from check-in data
- Cardio prescription that protects muscle instead of burning it
- Peak week protocol, tan, suit, jewellery, and show-day timing plan
- Posing work integrated into prep (or booked as dedicated sessions)
Who it's for
First-time competitors who need someone to explain every step, and returning athletes who placed mid-pack and want to know precisely what the judges want improved. Both get the same directness.
If your base isn't ready for a deficit, you'll be told to build first. A rushed prep costs you more than a delayed one.
The process and timeline
A typical bikini prep runs 16-24 weeks from the start of the deficit, with an improvement season before it. Weeks 1-4 establish the deficit and training baseline; weeks 5-12 are steady weekly adjustments; weeks 13-20 refine conditioning and stage presentation; the final week is peak week, run to a written protocol.
After the show we plan the reverse diet before you step off stage, so the rebound is controlled and your off-season builds toward the next show.
Who you're working with
Coaching is delivered personally by a certified fitness and nutrition coach and Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor with 20+ years in the gym and on the stage. That matters, because prep decisions are judgment calls: knowing when to hold calories, when to pull volume, and when the honest answer is that the show should wait a few weeks.
Every client keeps direct access — you're never handed off to an assistant. Plans are built by hand, reviewed by hand, and adjusted from your check-in data rather than from an app template.
Client results
Clients have taken first-time stages in Southern California NPC shows, earned callbacks, and — the metric that matters most here — finished prep healthy, with a plan for what comes next. Photos and references shared on your consult.
Pricing and how to get a quote
Bikini competition prep coaching is quoted after a free 30-minute consult rather than from a fixed price list, because the right package depends on how far out you are, how much contact time you want, and whether you're training in person, online, or a hybrid of both.
Most clients land on a monthly coaching retainer with no long lock-in, and in-person sessions are available as single sessions or discounted blocks. You'll get the exact number in writing on the consult call — no pressure, no upsell script.
Book your free consult
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what has and hasn't worked for you before. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether this is the right fit and what the next 12 weeks would realistically look like.
Frequently asked questions
How far out should I start bikini prep?
Plan on 16-24 weeks of dedicated prep, and start the conversation earlier than that. If you need more muscle to be competitive, we may recommend an improvement season first and target a later show.
What does a bikini competition coach actually do?
They set and adjust your training, nutrition and cardio each week, judge your conditioning against the division standard, run peak week, and handle the logistics — suit, tan, timing and stage presentation — so you only have to execute.
Do you coach first-time competitors?
Yes, and a large share of clients are first-timers. You get show selection help, a full checklist, posing instruction, and someone who has done the day before to walk you through it.
