Bikini Posing Coach
Two athletes with the same physique can place several spots apart on posing alone. In-person posing sessions build the quarter-turns, the front and back poses, the walk, the transitions, and the stage presence that makes judges look at you for longer.
Sessions are hands-on: your positions get adjusted in real time, filmed, and sent home with you so practice between sessions reinforces the right shapes.
What a session covers
Every session is filmed, so you leave with reference footage of your own best poses.
- Front pose, back pose and all four quarter-turns
- Walk-on, T-walk pattern and stage exits
- Transitions that stay tight instead of resetting between poses
- Posture, hand placement, foot placement and head position
- Angle selection that flatters your specific structure
- Facial expression and holding presence under stage lights
Who it's for
First-time competitors who have never held a quarter-turn, and returning athletes who were told to 'work on presentation.' Both benefit within a single session because posing is mechanical and correctable.
Athletes coached elsewhere are welcome to book posing only — no prep package required.
The process and timeline
Session one builds the base positions. Sessions two and three refine and add the walk. From about eight weeks out, most competitors book every two to three weeks, then weekly in the final month as the physique changes and poses need re-fitting.
Between sessions you practise daily in heels for ten to fifteen minutes, filming yourself for review.
Who you're working with
Coaching is delivered personally by a certified fitness and nutrition coach and Nationally Qualified NPC Bikini competitor with 20+ years in the gym and on the stage. That matters, because prep decisions are judgment calls: knowing when to hold calories, when to pull volume, and when the honest answer is that the show should wait a few weeks.
Every client keeps direct access — you're never handed off to an assistant. Plans are built by hand, reviewed by hand, and adjusted from your check-in data rather than from an app template.
Client results
The most common feedback after a first session is simple: they finally understand what they're supposed to feel, not just what it should look like in a photo.
Pricing and how to get a quote
Posing coaching is quoted after a free 30-minute consult rather than from a fixed price list, because the right package depends on how far out you are, how much contact time you want, and whether you're training in person, online, or a hybrid of both.
Most clients land on a monthly coaching retainer with no long lock-in, and in-person sessions are available as single sessions or discounted blocks. You'll get the exact number in writing on the consult call — no pressure, no upsell script.
Book your free consult
The first step is a free 30-minute conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what has and hasn't worked for you before. You'll leave with a straight answer on whether this is the right fit and what the next 12 weeks would realistically look like.
Frequently asked questions
How many posing sessions will I need before my show?
Most first-time competitors need four to six sessions across their prep. Returning athletes often need two or three as a tune-up. Your physique changes through prep, so posing is re-fitted as you get leaner.
Do you teach the quarter turns and walk?
Yes — quarter-turns, front and back poses, the walk-on, the T-walk and stage exits are all covered, along with the transitions between them. Each is filmed so you can rehearse accurately at home.
Can beginners book a posing session?
Absolutely. Many clients book their first session before they have even chosen a show. Bring heels and a two-piece; everything else is taught from scratch.
